Is there a way to remove the veins?
After selecting Lycan, click the red spherical icon that's under the green triangular icon which will lead you into the materials. Click on the "Torso-2", "Arms-2", and "Legs-2" materials to find and remove (if you want to) the normals of each material. Hope this helps!
How can I activate his feet?
The model has a modifier to hide his parts for the clothes. Click the blue wrench icon to unhide those parts.

Does it include the full body under the clothing? The model is invisible under the pants. Sorry if this is an easy answer, I'm new to blender.
